XCZ scale calibration device is composed of lithium battery powered LCD weighing display instrument, standard sensors and connectors and manual hydraulic jack. It is suitable for metallurgical and chemical industry hopper scale instead of weights for scale calibration. A single standard sensor is equipped with a lithium battery-powered weighing instrument integrated design, which cancels the sensor signal cable and the instrument power supply, and can independently calibrate each sensor of the scale device under test, and can compensate and adjust the sensitivity consistently by compensating the junction box, thus greatly facilitating the field operation and the instrument power supply. The reliability of the scale device is improved.
