HCC-C/B (M) - type hanging crane scale

A lifting plate is added to the shaft head of the fixed pulley, a weighing shaft is added, and the sensor is moved to the plane of the carriage so as to avoid high temperature direct radiation and sensor maintenance and replacement. Especially using the patented technology of our company, the concave circular arc of the weighing axle head lathe is matched with the convex circular arc of the bearing point of the sensor, which can improve the accuracy and stability of the weighing scale. When the tonnage is more than 50t~450t, because the weighing sensor is installed under the shaft head of the fixed pulley, the accuracy of the wire rope of the hoist can reach 0.2~0.5 grade. When the moving pulley is lifted and lowered, the length and weight will be superimposed on the weighing system, and the multi-circle absolute value encoder must be installed to compensate the wire rope retraction error.
