XK3101BZL tension measuring instrument is an intelligent two-channel measuring instrument developed by our company after digesting and absorbing foreign advanced force measuring technology. The instrument is composed of a single-chip microcomputer, a high-precision low-drift signal amplifier, a ratio tri-slant integration, a dual-channel analog-to-digital converter, an excitation power supply, a self-starting circuit and an analog output circuit suitable for industrial control. It is a special instrument for tension measurement. Designed and manufactured according to the requirements of industrial products, it can be used in harsh environment, severe fluctuation of power supply and unmanned operation occasions. The instrument adopts Superposition Technology and independent indexing, indexing value setting and automatic digital calibration, which makes the selection, debugging and calibration of the scale very convenient. The partition number, setting and calibration parameters are stored in EERPOM with hardware protection. The analog signal of 4~20mA can be output to PLC by AD420, a special chip of AD Company of America, for automatic detection and control.
