Celtron weighing sensor is produced by famous American enterprises, so its performance and price are relatively high-end. Today we're going to take you through the selection of materials and the main components of the Celtron weighing sensor. Because these will directly affect the quality and performance of Celtron weighing sensor.
At present, the weighing sensor material mainly includes six parts: strain material, elastomer material, adhesive material, sealant material, lead sealing material and lead material. Celtron weighing sensors are also used for these materials. Sealant materials are used in some places where damp-proof and anti-corrosion are required and good insulation is achieved. Elastic materials are used in places where external forces are transmitted, such as aluminum alloys or stainless and alloy steels. In some corrosive environments and some inflammable and explosive places should be used lead sealing and lead materials, which can prevent corrosion and explosion, with good security.
Because the Celtron weighing sensor mainly relies on its sensing function to carry on the measurement work, therefore it contains the sensitive element and the measuring element. It is mainly to sense the measured directly and output other measuring elements which have definite relationship with the measured, that is, to transform the measured mass into displacement. And the measuring element is to transform the transformation and the output of that piece into an electrical signal, which is further convenient for transmission, processing, display and recording and control. In addition, it also contains conversion elements and auxiliary power supply, mainly is the output of some sensitive components into easy to measure the signal, the elastomer deformation into resistance changes. Auxiliary power is used to power the electrical output of the sensor, but this is not part of the Celtron weighing sensor, and not all sensors need an auxiliary power supply.
